Ryan D. Poole’s practice focuses on civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction, land use, real estate and insurance coverage. Prior to joining Kirkpatrick & Startzel, he practiced real estate, construction and land use law in Vancouver, Washington.
Ryan received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law, and received a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University. Prior to law school, Ryan spent time working as a freshwater biologist and in business management.
Ryan is licensed to practice in all Washington State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington. He is also a member in good-standing of both the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and the Spokane County Bar Association (SCBA).
