Paul L. Kirkpatrick is a founding member and a principal of Kirkpatrick & Startzel. His practice focuses on personal injury, product liability, veterinary law, insurance law, employment law, municipality defense and mediation.
Paul is a native of Montana, and holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Montana State University and is a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law. He also has earned mediator certification through the University of Washington School of Law. Paul is licensed to practice in Washington, Idaho and Montana state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, the U.S. District Courts of Idaho and Montana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
