Patrick W. Harwood

Patrick Harwood is a principal at Kirkpatrick & Startzel. His practice focuses on civil litigation in the areas of business, personal injury, construction, municipal liability and insurance coverage issues. Pat also maintains an active practice in estate planning, commercial transactions, and corporate formation.

Pat earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Western Washington University and a juris doctorate, with honors, from Gonzaga University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Washington and Idaho as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
