PAUL L. KIRKPATRICK

As a founding member and principal of the firm, Paul Kirkpatrick has represented clients in Washington, Idaho, and Montana in litigation matters related to personal injury, product liability, employment law, insurance law, and insurance defense litigation. Paul is also a certified mediator through the University of Washington School of Law.

In addition to being licensed to practice in Washington, Idaho, and Montana State Courts, Paul is also licensed in the District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, the U.S. District Courts of Idaho and Montana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
